$50.00 Application fee (includes plan review fee) plus $ .12 Per Square Ft. for the first 1000 sq. ft.of floor area; plus
$ .04 Per Sq. Ft. for each additional square ft, including basements, attached garages, porches and decks.

Detached Residential Accessory Buildings
Includes pole buildings, sauna, gazebo, boathouse, carports and storage buildings over 200 square feet. |
$35.00 Application Fees (includes plan review fees) plus $ .08 Per Square foot for the first 400 Sq. Feet. Plus
$ .04 Per Square foot for each additional Sq. Foot.
Demolitions: $20.00 base fee plus $.02 per sq. ft. of demolished area Single-wide mobile Home: $75.00 Misc.Structures: involving one inspection (includes swimming pools, roof over mobile home, patios, slabs over 200 sq. ft. $35.00 Special Inspections: (pertaining to sale of buildings) $60.00 Basements under existing buildings: $75.00

Variance Request: $250.00 (non-refundable) Plan review fees for other than one & two family dwellings shall be $.002 x building valuation or cost of improvement up to $100,000 + $.015 x amount in excess of $100,000. (Minimum plan review $70.00) - Pre-manufactured double-wide mobile homes and modular home fees are based upon 50% of the normal on-sit construction permit fee.
- Total cost of improvement shall be based on BOCA’S most recent Bldg. valuation Data Report. When the project does not lend itself to a determination of this type, it shall be based on the construction cast listed in the application unless otherwise determined by the building inspector.
